Kathy Rusko is the Co-Founder of Karment LLC, a management-consulting firm that helps companies and teams achieve sustained growth. 

 

With over 25 years of experience in high growth companies ranging from a US business icon to a global startup in a new market, Kathy has served in key executive leadership roles across several 

sectors including, Financial Services, B2B Distribution and Renewable Energy.  Her entrepreneurial and passion-driven approach to life has led to experiences well beyond her Philadelphia roots, with travel to over 50 countries and six continents.

 

Throughout her expansive career, Kathy has led numerous global and national acquisitions, post-merger integrations and cross-functional projects and teams.  A passionate and disciplined change agent, Kathy's expertise lies in establishing and optimizing teams to identify and execute growth strategies and value-creation through innovation, culture change and new technologies.  Her vision, integrity and accountability is supported by the private and family owned investor partnerships and many references she has maintained throughout her career. 

 

Kathy holds a BS in Finance & Accounting from Drexel University, INSEAD International Leadership Program and numerous leadership and executive programs at GE Crotonville.   An active member in community organizations in Philadelphia and NJ, Kathy has coached youth basketball and acts as advisor to small business startups.

• Served as CEO and led the development strategies of a solar company acquisition on behalf of a private investor group.
